Often times my designs never make it to the real world. They stay in the digital world as social media banners, ads, or in emails. So it is always exciting to see something I make in the real world. Here are a few of these special "real world" designs.
Convocation 2022
Convocation is an event that Christ Community Church sponsors to raise awareness for global missions work. Their mission partners fly in and man booths that showcase what their day-to-day lives look like.
Convocation 2022's theme was "World's Fair" inspired by the Chicago world's fair in 1893. You will see themes repeated throughout the designs. There were several events throughout the week culminating in a "world's fair" with the Missionaries' booths. Leading up to this event I created ads, mailers, posters, and social media videos and reels to spread the word and get the congregation excited.
Christmas 2021
In 2021 Great Lakes Church needed several designs done for their Christmas Services.  A trifold (explaining the special offering for the end of the year), an invite card, and a Kids Giving postcard (explaining the special offering for the kids for the end of the year).

Christmas Trifold
During the final six weeks of every year, Great Lakes Church gives away every dollar that someone contributes to Great Lakes Church, outside of the regular operating expenses. The trifold explains where the offering will go, and what the goal is for that year.
Christmas Invite
The Christmas Invite is for attendees to post on their fridge or hand out to friends and family as an invite and reminder of the Christmas services at the two campuses.
Kids Christmas Giving Card
Each year, the Great Lake Church Kids leaders choose a special offering that fits under main Great Lakes Church umbrella of service the community "hear, near, and far".
Zion Together Days
Zion Together Days is a city-wide event the Zion Township and other local organizations put on to foster community. We created two flyers for these events. One for the township's main event at the end of the week, Monarch Mania, and one for the list of events happening throughout the week.
Spark Central
Designs for a local STEAM non profit's upcoming events. Due to the topic and what I knew about the non-profit, I created this mixed-medium piece. The watercolor background with the hexagon squares over top, which matched the carpet and some of the decorations around the Spark Central room.
Holiday Hoopla
Proposed design for a "shop local" event in college town. these posters would be hung in various shops next. Knowing that Cheney, Wa is a college town, and these posters would more than likely be hung next to other event posters in a corner of the shops, I wanted it to be incredibly informative and quick to read.
